COVID-19 RELATED OFFENCES
If you are a first-time offender found guilty of the offence under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, there is the possibility of being sentenced to jail for up to six months or fined up to $10,000, or both. For repeat offenders, there is the possibility of being sentenced to jail for up to a year or fined up to $20,000, or both.
