GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
If the power of attorney agreement restricts the donee’s power in some areas, the general power of attorney empowers the donee to act on behalf of the donor in all situations. A general power of attorney grants the agent broad authority. The agent will then be able to make medical, legal, financial, or business decisions on your behalf.
Our lawyers at Emerald Law will be able to assist you if a principal becomes sick or disabled, or if the principal is unable to sign required legal papers for financial transactions.
