Her experience also includes successfully defending against committal proceedings and resisting variation proceedings in a civil family matter. Vivian has experience in both court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to contentious work, she has been involved in non-contentious cases such as the drafting and reviewing of agreements and non-contentious wills and probate matters.
Vivian has over five years of legal experience, including her time as a Legal Executive prior to admission and her subsequent years in practice. This combined background allows her to approach matters with a clear understanding of both legal and procedural considerations. She adopts a structured approach to her work, and communicates clearly while remaining attentive to the practical and personal aspects of each matter.
